Books to the sky,
My pile of books is a mile high.
How I love them! How I need them!
I'll have a long beard by the time I read them."

What a fantastic giveaway! And thank you so much for mentioning Got Books?! It's going to be so much fun, make sure you check out all the fun giveaways. :o)

As for me and Eric Carle...hmmm...this is actually a tough question. If I was going to choose it would have to be Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See? And this decision is driven primarily because of my son's love of this book in particular. He reads it over and over. It's great!

Thank you again!

I also love Eric Carle books. I think my favorite has to be The Very Hungry Caterpillar. With all of the bright pictures and colors plus kids seem to really identify with the different foods, counting and days of the week. What fun!

My daughter likes his book Pancakes, Pancakes!. The process of gathering ingredients to make a pancake intrigues her. I like that it teaches kids to appreciate where food comes from. (email in blogger profile)
